I am going to be adding some video tutorials for using this site, if you have found anything you found confusing that you would like me to cover, please post here. I am going to do individual short and sweet videos for each instruction.

How to add a forum topic
How to adjust email frequency

I'm having technical difficulties with the video tutorials, but I have started a Help Menu. So far it includes:
How to change email settings and frequency
How to change profile picture
Any other suggestions? I'm so close to the site, that sometimes I don't realize what may be difficult to find.
