My husband worked evenings for a couple years and just switched back to days, so we joined a gym to work out together. Now the hard part, sticking with it, I love being at the gym, but I hate getting there. I have to motivate myself with little goals and competitions in my head. Right now its "ok Katie, you want to look good for Ben Spies and Nicky Hayden when you see them at MotoGP in August"

Work there!!!!! Seriously always have a goal to work toward, otherwise it is too easy to come up with excuses about why you can't go.
