How to Change Email Settings and Frequency

1. Click Settings in the log-in box on the right.
2. On the My Settings page click Email on the right.
3. Adjust settings.
   1. How often do you want updates?  Instant or daily. (This will apply to the items you select in the next step.)
   2. Select what do you want to be notified about?  Private messages and wall comments?  Friend Requests?  Content?

Tip:  There is also "follow" or "stop following" at the bottom of each forum, event or product review.  Once you comment, it will default to follow, but you can change this anytime.

How to Change Profile Picture

1. Go to your profile page.
2. Hover over your photo, you will see a pop up that says "Change Photo".  Click it.
3. The first setting on the page is photo.  Select Choose File and browse your computer for your photo.
4. Position and crop your photo, then hit save.

How to Add Photos in a Discussion Forum, Comments and Product Review

If you want to add an image inside a forum discussion, its very simple, it can be hosted right here on GirlRiders, or you can use a URL from anywhere.

While in the textbox for the discussion select the "image" icon shown here:

Then choose my computer and browse for the file, or choose URL and paste the image's address.

How to Add Photos to the Site for Albums and Profile Slideshows

Find "Add Photos" on various locations on the site including the pulldown menu under Pics & Vids.   Browse to select one or multiple photos, then select upload.  When upload is complete you can label each photo with a description, a title and search tags.  You may also choose to add to an existing album, or create a new one.
